Qunity conducted a virtual neighborhood meeting to discuss the potential annexation and rezoning of roughly 25 acres at 4862 Wake Forest Highway, located at the intersection of Sherron Road and NC-98. The developer is asking for a PDR density of 10.448 to build a maximum of 260 apartments.
