  • Ayes: Chair Brenda Howerton, Vice Chair Wendy Jacobs, Nida Allam, Nimasheena Burns, and Heidi Carter

The public hearing for “An Ordinance to Amend the Durham Unified Development Ordinance Provisions Related to the Comprehensive Plan” was continued to the October 23, 2023 meeting by a vote of 5-0:
