The “Simplifying Codes for Affordable Development (SCAD)” UDO Text Amendment was approved by a vote of 3-1:

  • Ayes: Chair Nida Allam, Heidi Carter, and Wendy Jacobs

  • Noes: Vice Chair Nimasheena Burns
