  • Ayes: Chair Kimberly Cameron, Vice Chair Sarah Chagaris, Garry Cutright, Talib Graves-Manns, Vikas Gurram, Scot MacIver, and Raymond Trapp

  • Noes: Nate Baker, David Morgan, Anthony Sease, Stephen J. Valentine, and Chris Young

The zoning map change request for East Club Gateway failed by a vote of 0-11:

  • Noes: Vice Chair Sarah Chagaris, Nate Baker, Garry Cutright, Talib Graves-Manns, Vikas Gurram, Scot MacIver, David Morgan, Anthony Sease, Raymond Trapp, Stephen J. Valentine, and Chris Young

The “Comprehensive Plan Related Changes” UDO Text Amendment was approved by a vote of 12-0:

  • Ayes: Vice Chair Sarah Chagaris, Nate Baker, Garry Cutright, Talib Graves-Manns, Vikas Gurram, Scot MacIver, David Morgan, Anthony Sease, Raymond Trapp, Stephen J. Valentine, and Chris Young
