The zoning map change request for 2610 South Miami Boulevard was approved by a vote of 8-0:

  • Ayes: Vice Chair Kimberly Cameron, Garry Cutright, Sarah Chagaris, Scot MacIver, David Morgan, Raymond Trapp, Stephen J. Valentine, and Zuri Williams

The “Phased Development and Tree Preservation“ UDO Text Amendment was approved by a vote of 7-1:

  • Noes: Stephen J. Valentine
