The zoning map change request for Alford Tract failed by a vote of 3-7:

  • Ayes: Chair Kimberly Cameron, Scot MacIver, and Anthony Sease

  • Noes: Garry Cutright, Talib Graves-Manns, Vikas Gurram, Matt Kopac, Stephen J. Valentine, Zuri Williams, and Kari Wouk
