  • Ayes: Bruce Herrod

  • Noes: Chair Austin Amandolia, Vice Chair Kimberly Cameron, Nate Baker, Sarah Chagaris, Garry Cutright, Scot MacIver, David Morgan, Anthony Sease, Stephen J. Valentine, Carmen Williams, and Zuri Williams

The “Simplifying Codes for Affordable Development (SCAD)” UDO Text Amendment failed by a vote of 6-6:

  • Ayes: Vice Chair Kimberly Cameron, Garry Cutright, Bruce Herrod, Scot MacIver, Anthony Sease, and Zuri Williams

  • Noes: Chair Austin Amandolia, Nate Baker, Sarah Chagaris, David Morgan, Stephen J. Valentine, and Carmen Williams

The “Development Plan Revisions” UDO Text Amendment was approved by a vote of 12-0:
