The request for a Minor Special Use Permit to allow for an educational facility (Durham Charter School) in a residential zoning district (5510 Wake Forest Highway) was continued to the February 27, 2024 meeting by a vote of 7-0:

  • Ayes: Chair Chad Meadows, Vice-Chair Michael Tarrant, Sherrod Banks, Ian Kipp, Jessica Major, Scott Mofield, and Chase Pickett
