The Upper Neuse River Basin Association (UNRBA) Consensus Principles II for the Revised Falls Lake Nutrient Management Strategy were approved by a vote of 7-0:

  • Ayes: Mayor Elaine O’Neal, Mayor Pro Tempore Mark-Anthony Middleton, Javiera Caballero, DeDreana Freeman, Monique Holsey-Hyman, Jillian Johnson, and Leonardo Williams

The annexation request for Perry Farm was approved by a vote of 4-3:

  • Ayes: Mayor Pro Tempore Mark-Anthony Middleton, Javiera Caballero, Jillian Johnson, and Leonardo Williams

  • Noes: Mayor Elaine O’Neal, DeDreana Freeman, and Monique Holsey-Hyman
