The annexation request for East Club Gateway failed by a vote of 4-2:

Ayes: Mayor Leonardo Williams and Mayor Pro Tempore Mark-Anthony Middleton
Noes: Nate Baker, Javiera Caballero, DeDreana Freeman, and Carl Rist
